Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING-

Please allow 3-5 business days, not including weekends or holidays, to process your order. Expect an email within 3-5 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

LOCAL PICKUP -

Orders can be picked up or dropped off locally, depending on the location and time. Local pick ups need to be coordinated via email (hello@deuxskin.co) before selecting this as an option. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING-

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days using USPS. Shipping is dependent on USPS’s current rates. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES-

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES-

We DO NOT accept returns under any circumstance. If the customer has an issue with the product purchased, exchanges will be considered.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@deuxskin.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Return policy-

Thank you for choosing Deux Skin (hereinafter referred to as “US” and “WE”) for your esthetic and retail needs.

NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS

Due to the nature of our services and products, all the services and products offered and listed on Deux Skin’s website are non-refundable and/or non-returnable under any circumstances. All sales are final, no exceptions will be made.

EXCHANGES

If there is an issue with the product or item purchased, depending on the situation, an exchange might be possible, though it is not guaranteed. Please reach out via email to hello@deuxskin.co immediately and we will attempt to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
