Cinnamon - reduces inflammation and regulates blood sugar, improves insulin sensitivity which is powerful for those with PCOS

Hibiscus - Manages blood pressure and liver health, promotes blood flow to the uterus and assists in regulating your cycle for less hormonal acne and improved skin texture
